188 units, 2 pools, a/c in bedrooms, washer/dryer in units, hi-speed Internet access, lanais on all, tennis court, elevator in buildings 2 and 4. Across from Kama'ole III Beach, the grounds are large with a huge lawn and bbqs. Good for families. It was built in the mid '70s but is in decent condition. The units, though not updated, are very clean. Glass lanai railings make good use of what view you may have. 1/1s (850 sq. ft.) are $135-$155, 2/2s (1,000 sq. ft.) are $180-$210. 2/2s with loft are $200-$230. Pretty good prices for the location. 3-night minimum.
