40 units, pool, Wi-Fi, bbq. A 1966 building but in decent shape. Some units are on the old side but functional. There are two buildings. Rooms 101 and 102 have best views. In all, an average value. On a sandy beach, but there's usually seaweed present. Pool users on the ocean side might get splashed from the ocean. Rooms in the parkside building face Honokowai Beach Park, which can get a little loud on weekends. 1/1s (600 sq. ft.) are $160, 2/1s (851 sq. ft.) and 2/1s and 2/2s are $210, 3/2s (around 1,200 sq. ft.) are $310. 5-night minimum.
