154 rooms, 2 pools, air conditioning, bbq, daily maid service, washer/dryers in 1 and 2 bedroom units only, hi-speed Internet access in rooms, lanais on most. They have no room safes and no safe deposit boxes, so you'll have to store your valuables under the mattress or take them with you. Rooms are small; the studios are only 240 sq. ft. Local calls are $1. This used to be a dumpy Ohana hotel. Outrigger took over and is selling the rooms as condos. The interiors were gutted and completely redone with great results, but the exteriors look largely the same. The new bathrooms have no bathtubs--showers only. The proximity of the parking lot to the buildings makes it feel more like an upscale motel. There's no beach, no water nearby, and it's not on Front Street. If you stay anyway, avoid rooms that face a parking lot. Studios (252 sq. ft.) are $229-$265, 1/1s (515 sq. ft.) are $299-$335, 2/1s (772 sq. ft.) are $369-$395, 2/2s (846 sq. ft.) are $389-$415. Add $15 a day to park. Most rooms are sold as packages, so you probably won't pay that rack rate.
