160 units, 3 pools, 2 spas, a/c, daily maid, room safes, bbq area, coin-op laundry, free Wi-Fi in units and lobby. No sounds of the ocean here and no views except of the highway from some rooms. It’s clean but is feeling pretty dated. Most people get good rates (cheaper than our printed rack rates). Ask for their “Best Rate,” which is about $119–$144 when available. At that price it would definitely be a Solid Gold Value. 1/1 units (635 sq. ft.) are $183–$223. If you’re not a smoker, be sure to request a non-smoking room because the smoking rooms we visited smelled pretty strong, perhaps because users are required to smoke in the rooms and not on the lanais.
