70 units, pool, keiki pool, free hi-speed Internet access in rooms, some have Wi-Fi, free room safe, 2 tennis courts and a paddle ball court (sort of mini tennis), bbq area. Well-maintained grounds. The rooms seem to vary a lot. The two-story townhouse units have an annoying layout, but single level 2/2 units are an acceptable value. Many of the units had been remodeled on this visit and were looking much nicer. Buildings 1, 2, 4, and some units in 5 and 8 are your best bet for a glimpse of the ocean. The rest are strictly garden views. The agent above rates their units into premier, deluxe and island casual. We found not much difference between premier and deluxe. Island casual units have not been updated but are still clean. 1/2 units (1,400 sq. ft.) are $145–$238, 2/2 units (2,100 sq. ft.) are $159–$380, 3/2 units (2,300 sq. ft.) are $239–$625. 5-night minimum.
