75 units, bbq area, elevators, coin-op laundry on each floor (some units have washer/dryers), free hi-speed Internet access in some. Exceptional shoreline location. You’re right on or above the water. Clean units (many have been very nicely upgraded), minimal grounds. And you’ll never get tired of their dreamy views. Corner units have particularly tasty vistas. Watch turtles and whales from your lanai. Units ending in 01 are closest to the road, and units ending in 19 are closest to the Beach House Restaurant next door. No pool, but you have beach access on both sides of the building. 1/1 units (824–908 sq. ft.) are $160–$265, 2/2 units (around 1,059–1,212 sq. ft.) are $200–$300. The first set of numbers is for a group of owners. Prices decrease for longer stays, and because you are dealing directly with the owners (from the first set of numbers), they may be more flexible with the price. Credit card users pay an extra 3.5% with the second set of numbers.
