24 units, pool, bbq, coin-op laundry, free Wi-Fi in units and by pool. This is a very good bargain. Their small oceanfront studios (some have a pull down Murphy bed--these are recommended for more living space). Small, but they make good use of space for $150. For this price you are as close as 30 feet from the water on a pretty beach. Resident offshore turtles will keep you entertained at dusk. What a deal! The property feels very intimate and tropical. The aerial photo makes it look like some of the oceanfront units are blocked by trees, but the crowns of the trees are above the ocean plane. Nice staff here. At press time there was construction on a new housing development across the street. Studios (approx. 380 sq. ft.) are $120-$150 (definitely spring for the oceanfront), 2/2 units have a two-story layout (728 sq. ft.) and are $170-$205. 3- or 7-night minimum.
