30 units, pool, bbq area, free hi-speed Internet access. Although the units are reasonably sized, they have an enclosed feel (especially most of the first floor units). The awkward design and poor use of angles makes you wonder if the architect stayed with the craft. Views are distant ocean over the golf course at best from some units. At least the kitchens are large. 1/1s (approx. 1,000–1,260 sq. ft.) are $100–$120, 2/2s (1,536–1,635 sq. ft.) are $135–$162. Lots of long-term rentals. If you decide to stay here, try and get an upstairs unit if you face the golf course/ocean for a better view.
