4 units, pool, hi-speed Internet, spa, bbq. A cluster of four small homes next to the ocean, just a stone's throw away from Brennecke Beach. Units are very nicely furnished, and the construction seems excellent. The walls block outside sound well (to the point where you might not hear the ocean unless you open a window). When you arrive, music is playing in the rooms, and the smell of fresh flowers fills the air. Clean and upscale, but ultimately overpriced. Avoid unit 4 if pool noises bother you--you're right there. 2/2s (1,400 sq. ft.) are $349, 4/2s (approx. 2,200 sq. ft.) are $699. 3-night minimum.
