7 units, a/c, free Wi-Fi, 55-inch hd flat screen tvs, 24-hour business center, hot tub (in one of the units), Jacuzzi tubs in some, bbqs on lanais, free community washer/dryer, a couple of cats. Two buildings of upscale condos with all the comforts (and more) of home. This small complex is a couple of blocks from the ocean with some nice personal touches, like local Malie bath products. The grounds here are lush, tropical and very fragrant. Only two second-floor units have partial ocean views. Excellent staff here. Studios (400–650 sq. ft.) are $190–$210, 1/1s (750 sq. ft.) are $220, 2/2s (1,250–1,600 sq. ft.) are $275–$320, the 3/2 or 3/3 is (1,650–2,300 sq. ft.) is $405. They can combine two units into a 5/4 (3,600 sq. ft.) for $685. If you stay more than 7 nights, rates decrease.
