Located near Punalu'u Beach. 74 units, pool and spa, lanais, Wi-Fi in some, golf course, bbq, washer/dryer in some or coin-op laundry. This condo complex is in the heart of SeaMountain, a very remote region in the southern part of the island. The price is hard to beat. The grounds are pleasant. Think of this as an alternative place to stay if you want to explore Hawai'i Volcanos National Park (28 miles away) but still want to stay near the shoreline where it's more tropical (though the units are not beachside). It's quiet and peaceful. Lots of stairs at this property and some in the units themselves. Studios (475 sq. ft.) are $60-$95, 1/1 units (700 sq. ft.) are $60-$145, 2/2s (1,000 sq. ft.) are $95-$170. 3-night minimum. Vacation International, which is the on-site agent (800) 444-6633 also operates some units here, but their prices are higher.
