5 private rooms, 35 dorm beds, free Wi-Fi or you can use their computers for a fee, coin-op laundry, outdoor patio, tv and dvd player in lobby (they mostly play movies), pay phone and they will take messages. A very nice hostel with bright, clean rooms and shared spaces. You can tell they really put in the extra effort. On the second floor of a historic building built in 1911 on a busy corner in downtown Hilo, so expect road noise. Parking is across street in a lot for free. Lockers available for the dorms, but B.Y.O.T. (bring your own towel). Dorms are $27 per person/per night, up to 6 people per dorm. Private rooms (approx. 200 sq. ft.) are $67 (shared bath) or $77 (private bath) per night, 1–2 people per room. If you have a large group, they may rent you the whole place. Prices include taxes.
