This property is very similar to the Waikoloa Colony Villas, though the buildings seem a bit less quiet and more dense than Waikoloa. But Fairway is closer to the Kings’ Shops and the ocean, and the views are a bit better here. Buildings I–O face a small lake. Both were completed in 2004. Furnishings vary from unit to unit, but overall, are very good. This resort is a combination of condos with 2-story townhouses on the end of each building. 2/2s (1,085 sq. ft.) are $370, 2/2s plus loft (1,284 sq. ft.) are $410, 3/3s (1,731–1,931 sq. ft.) are $570. 3-night minimum. The second set of numbers has cheaper prices, no daily maid, but overall, their units actually seemed nicer.
